After years of trying various fitness classes myself, I realized there was a need for something different...

The excessive running in some classes would kill my knees.

To much cardio burned more muscle than fat. (I looked "skinny fat")

And some classes were just to hard, while others were to easy.

I was determined to come up with something that was simply, better...

So I got to work.

After years of testing ideas, getting clients insane results, even writing a book, I did it...

I came up with one of the most effective class programs around.

Well, I went against the grain, and did what other fitness coaches were afraid to do...

I combined various techniques from strength training, interval training, and even the 5 essentials Pilates (Breathing, Alignment, Stabilization, Mobility, and Core Strengthening) to get you dramatic results.

Everyone thought I was crazy, but guess what...

Tuesdays are for your sweat-sesh. Cardio circuits to melt away your stomach fat. Core exercises to give you ‘wash board abs’. Get ready to get energized and feel euphoric in this heart pounding workout!
